Victor Zhang, vice president of GUOJIN CAPITAL, holds a bachelor degree of automatic control from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a master degree of economics from the Renmin University of China. Mr. Zhang has worked in the fields of international trade, software information, and consumer electronics as senior manager for over 10 years. At the end of 2010, he transferred to the investment industry, and successively served as the chief investment officer of CAC Capital and deputy general manager of Yonghua Capital, spearheading the investment and withdrawal of many enterprises such as ADTECH (002527 M&A), CASTELITS (300213 M&A), HDM (300720), Lihu (300694), and KADE Technology (831790). In 2014, he joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL and focused on the Internet field. Vice President
James Deng, a special assistant and vice president manager of GUOJIN CAPITAL, was graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2000 with two degrees in computer science and information management & system. After graduation, he worked the Sales Department of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. for 7 years, and later worked in the CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. for 4 years. With plentiful work practices in communication, Internet, new energy, finance and other industries, he has a wealth of experience and unique judgment in industrial fields and financial businesses.

 
Investment Director
Haokun Fan, an investment director of GUOJIN CAPITAL, joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL in 2014 to be mainly in charge of the investment in education. He has led the investment in education projects such as abc360, Qkids English, MAD SCIENCE, Youbetter and Fangti Chinese. Before joining GUOJIN CAPITAL, Mr. Fan had worked in the Internet industry for over ten years. He was one of the practitioners and entrepreneurs in the Internet industry in China. With rich experience in corporate strategy and operation management under the new economy and new mode, he once led Elong's acquisition of Lohoo to help Elong explore the travel service industry; he also founded Dingxun Technology, which was later acquired. Mr. Fan was graduated from the School of Business Administration of Maastricht University, Netherlands with a master's degree in management.

Xu Li, an investment director of GUOJIN CAPITAL, joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL in 2016 and previously was the market leader of A8 Music Group in South China and the national market lead of Phoenix New Media. With over ten years of work in the Internet industry, he has accumulated rich experience and resources in pan-entertainment market, and led many investment projects such as Happy.S, Doupi, Droll Music, etc. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Guizhou University.

Samantha Liu, an investment manager of GUOJIN CAPITAL, joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL in 2012 to be responsible for the industry analysis and research of Guojin Angel Fund. She has studied abroad in Australia and returned to China in 2012. Focusing on the field of big consumption, she has led many investment cases including Sandbox Games, Weiwu E-sports, Zhaoyang Doctor, and taken part in the management of projects such as HUAXING BROS, Wuhan Weidao, Wuhan Fanyu, etc. Miss Liu holds a master's degree in international trade from the Monash University, Australia.
