Lin Jiaxi, a prominent angel investor with global strategic vision, has been engaged in the field of Internet industry M&A and angel investment for 19 years from strategy sorting, resource integration, follow-up financing to M&A and listing to contribute to the leapfrog development of many enterprises. Yan Bin, a managing partner of GUOJIN CAPITAL, has over 19 years of work experience in M&A and investment management in the Internet industry. Graduated from Southeast University in 2001 with a major in architectural engineering, he and his alumnus Lin Jiaxi co-founded the predecessor of GUOJIN CAPITAL, namely Guojin Consulting. During tenure, he participated in many M&A cases such as the sales of Yima Shentong to Tencent; the sales of Yuanhang Game to Linktone. In October 2010, he joined the network investment of SNDA and participated in the establishment of SNDA Capital. As a partner of SNDA Capital, he was mainly responsible for the investment and post-investment management of mobile Internet, with projects including: Gewala (acquired by MaoYan Movie), Xiami Music (acquired by Alibaba), U17 (acquired by Alpha Group Co., Ltd.), Joy Reach (acquired by Meisheng Culture), Douguo Food, Youxiduo.com and KK Sound, etc. In January 2015, he joined Northern Light Venture Capital as partner, and focused on the investment and post-investment management in TMT, especially in the field of consumer Internet, with investment projects including: Huizuche.com, SEGI, Banana Culture and WiFi Key, etc. Mr. Yan officially returned to the GUOJIN CAPITAL in January 2019.

Frank Zhan joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL as a partner in 2013 and previously served as a founding partner of CAC Capital. The CAC Capital, initiated and established by Mr. Zhan, was selected as one of "top 50 China's Best Venture Capital Institutions of CV Awards" in 2012 and 2013. With over ten years of experience in industrial investment and equity investment fund management, Mr. Zhan has abundant experience in company value mining, company value promotion, business process reorganization, etc., and focuses on the field of Internet and fast moving consumer goods, with major investment cases including Welle (300190), AVIT (300264), Huanwen, 139 Game, Neotrident, DKMgame, Suoler, etc. Mr. Zhan holds two master's degrees in technical economics and management from Hohai University.

Fiona Li joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL as a partner in 2014 and previously served as the HR Director of the Giant Network and the Investment Vice President of Rekoo Game. Ms. Li has been engaged in the Internet entertainment industry and investment for over 10 years, accumulating extensive and in-depth industry and interpersonal resources. At the same time, she has rich experience in R&D team management, channel construction, value promotion, business process reorganization, project investment management, etc. Focusing on the investment of Internet pan-entertainment industry chain, she has taken lead in the investment of many excellent projects in pan-entertainment fields such as the Legends of Swords, Rocen Digital, Youying Culture, Egret, etc. Ms. Li holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, UK.

 

Rowen Liu joined the GUOJIN CAPITAL as a partner in 2012 and previously served as the Assistant President and Deputy General Manager of Hasee. With over 10 years of work in TMT industry management, Mr. Liu has rich experience in enterprise operation and management, sales channel consolidation, brand development, new business model building, etc. In addition, around the Internet and consumer electronics, Mr. Liu has spearheaded many internet start-up investment projects investment such as Kuniu Game, Weibo, Wizard Games, Zhaoyang Doctor, PWY, Virtual Reality, Holy Blade Network, and Quleduo Game. He has also participated in the investment of Mokylin, Huanwen, Neotrident, TapTap, FanYu, Weidao, 49you, etc. Mr. Lau holds a bachelor degree of engineering degree from the Southeast University and a master degree of business administration degree from the University of Hong Kong.
